  Come Join Albany Ski Club in our 2026 Trip to Sugarloaf, ME

  Sunday January 25, 2026--Friday January 30, 2026

  **Ski in and Ski out Accommodations**  Staying in the Hotel right at the base of the Mountain.

  Check-in 5:00 PM Sunday

  Check-out 11:00 AM Friday

  $597 Per Person (2 people per room)

  **Trip includes-Lodging, Welcome party and mid-week Dinner**

  Sugarloaf is an IKON Mountain.  If you don't have an IKON pass you can purchase discounted tickets at the following rates: Adults-$50 per person per day and Seniors- $45 per person per day.  **There will be a discount code given closer to the date of arrival for you to purchase your lift tickets online**)

  Payment Schedule

  Payment due at registration (Holds your spot for trip):  $250

  Second Payment due by November 23, 2025: $347

  ***The first 10 People who sign up for this trip will receive a mystery gift***

   **Please note your payment is non-refundable, your deposit/full payment is your commitment to the trip and is non-refundable**  

  **Due to unpredictability in life please think about purchasing trip insurance as your trip will not be refunded by the club if you are unable to attend your purchased trip**

  **Sugarloaf has the Highest skiable peak in Maine at 4, 237'; they have 176 Trails & Glades,  15 Lifts and 6 Mountain zones.**

  **Membership must be current and dues up to date.   Membership cost will be added to the second payment if you're in arrears or not a member yet.**

    2 Bedrooms- 4 People per cottage (2 people per room with choice of 2 people in a single (King) bed or a Split bed (twin) per person)

  Additional Information:

  • Jay is an INDY pass mountain so you can arrive early on Sunday (day of arrival) and ski with your INDY pass.
  • Don't have an INDY pass but want to Ski on day of arrival you can purchase discounted arrival day pass at discounted price of 42.40.  Would need to know if you want this prior to arrival date!
  • Jay Peak has been voted as one of the best ski areas in the USA
  • Other activities at Jay Peak: Ice Skating, Movie theater, Water park, Shopping

  **YOU MUST BE A VALID MEMBER FOR THE 25/26 SEASON, IF YOU ARE IN ARREARS $20 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PAYMENT.  IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER YET $20 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU WILL BE ADDED AS A MEMBER**
